    Very good post. It can really be tempting to skip workouts on some days. When your body really signals you to stop (not just because you want to) you should really take the time off. But instead of indulging in guilty pleasures (snacks and food that will really cost you) find something more meaningful to do. And be ready to get back on track the next day.
